    • Downtown La Paz:  The bay in La Paz first came under the Old Continent’s eyes on May 3rd, 1535 when Hernan Cortés arrived and started a colony. He named the area Santa Cruz but as he encountered years of logistical issues, he left the place to itself. The name of La Paz was given by Sebastián Vizcaíno when he arrived in 1596.

    • La Paz Cathedral: The Our Lady of Peace Cathedral Also La Paz Cathedral Is a Catholic temple that serves as the seat of the Diocese of La Paz. It is located in the center of the city of La Paz, Baja California Sur in western Mexico. It is located in the place where the mission was founded by the Jesuits in the eighteenth century.

    • Malecon: La Paz's waterfront, with its wide sidewalk, tiny beaches, tourist pier, benches, sculptures by local artists and unimpeded sunset views, is the city's highlight. It stretches 5.5km, from the Marina de la Paz in the south to Playa Coromuel in the north. It started getting a face-lift in 2017 that may continue in stages over a few years.

    •  Balandra: Miles of pristine white sand, clear water which glistens from the beaming sun above and perfect swimming conditions due to the security of the bay from the open sea. These are some of the attributes which, when put together, equal the perfect beach. These are the attributes which make up Balandra Beach, La Paz.

    • Espiritu Santo: There are 32 registered species of reptiles and 98 species of flora and fauna. In this island you can find important sites with archaeological remains of Pericu indigenous group.

    •  Todos Santos: Was stablish in 1723 by Jesuits when they came to stablish a regional outpost. One of the purposes of the establishment of the mission here is was to convert the natives to Catholicism.

    • Mision de Nuestra Señora del Pilar de Todos Santos: (Our Lady of Pilar Church) This mission, built in 1733, is perched above the town of Todos Santos and offers a spectacular view of the Valle de Pilar and the ocean.

    • El Triunfo: El Triunfo gained special significance in the 19th century, when its gold and silver mines made it the most populated community in Baja California Sur at the time. Today, the town still holds traces of its architectural splendor and grandeur, such as La Ramona, a monumental smokestack said to have been designed by Gustave Eiffel, as well as a couple of museums that share the region’s history, and various places to enjoy traditional regional cuisine.
